一是坚持非洲主导。非洲人民是非洲真正的主人，应在地区事务中发挥核心作用。中方支持非洲国家、非盟和次区域组织坚持自信自立，追求团结发展，发扬非洲传统和智慧，有效推动解决非洲面临的各种问题。

二是维护公平正义。各参与方应遵守联合国宪章宗旨和原则，尊重当事国主权和领土完整，践行真正的多边主义，秉持共同、综合、合作、可持续的安全观，兼顾各方合理关切，寻求公正合理的解决方案。

三是推动止戈为和。战争和单边制裁无法真正解决国与国之间矛盾，对话协商才是正道。要发挥国际调解院等全球南方主导的平台和机制作用，相互尊重、广泛协商，求同存异、互谅互让。

四是实行标本兼治。既着眼当下安全，又谋划长远发展。中方愿继续同非洲国家分享中国式现代化新机遇，推进农业、工业、减贫、绿色、科技等合作，支持地区国家可持续发展，增进文明交流互鉴，为实现持久和平筑牢根基。

First, uphold African leadership. The African people are the true masters of Africa and should play a central role in regional affairs. China supports African countries, the African Union, and sub-regional organizations in maintaining their confidence and independence, pursuing unity and development, and drawing on African traditions and wisdom to effectively address various problems facing Africa.

Second, uphold fairness and justice. All parties should abide by the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the countries involved, practice true multilateralism, uphold a common, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable security concept, take into account the reasonable concerns of all parties, and seek a fair and reasonable solution.

Third, promote peace and cessation of hostilities. War and unilateral sanctions cannot truly resolve conflicts between countries. Dialogue and negotiation are the right path. We should leverage the role of platforms and mechanisms led by the Global South, such as the International Mediation Institute, and respect each other, conduct extensive consultations, seek common ground while reserving differences, and compromise with each other.

Fourth, implement comprehensive and targeted solutions. We should focus on both current security and long-term development. China is willing to continue sharing China's model of modernization with African countries, promote cooperation in agriculture, industry, poverty reduction, green development, and science and technology, support regional countries in sustainable development, enhance cultural exchanges and mutual learning, and lay a solid foundation for achieving lasting peace.
