The presidential decree stipulates: “Amend the Presidential Decree of the Russian Federation dated 1 December 2025 On the Temporary Procedure for Entry and Exit of Citizens of the People’s Republic of China to and from the Russian Federation, by replacing the wording ‘until 14 September 2026 (inclusive)’ in Paragraph One with ‘until 31 December 2027 (inclusive)’.”
