

We have received notification from our overseas agent. Starting July 31, 2026, for goods transiting Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus under the HS codes listed below, customs will install a GPS lock prior to entering Russian territory, which will be removed upon departure from Russia. This procedure incurs a charge of approximately USD 600 per electronic lock.
Any additional expenses arising within Kazakhstan or during transit (such as electronic lock removal, special handling operations, customs inspections and controls, etc.) will be invoiced separately.
Applicable routes include but are not limited to: EU–China, China–EU, China–Belarus, China–Russia, Belarus Railway–China, Russia–China and other routes.

4303 (Fur articles) 6101–6106, 6110 (Knitted apparel) 6401–6405 (Footwear) 8517 (Telecommunication equipment) 8519, 8521 (Audio and video equipment) 8525–8528 (Electronic visual and audio equipment) 2203 00, 2204, 2205, 2206 00, 2207, 2208 (Tobacco and alcoholic products)
Please Note: Outbound shipments bound for Europe that fall under the Russian sanctions list remain prohibited for carriage. HS codes starting with 8517 cannot be shipped to Russia and Belarus on outbound routes. In addition, return train consignments containing goods subject to the EU sanctions list are still not transportable. None of the above-mentioned cargo shall be subject to this notice.
